1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jya 9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jya 9 website at https://jya-9.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the jya 9 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jya 9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The jya 9 Service is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jya 9 has a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending age verification. If the player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held in it will be dealt with in accordance with applicable platform policies.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jya 9 is an offshore online gaming platform. While jya 9 serves the Bangladesh market and has been designed with Bangladeshi players in mind — offering BDT transactions and local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — it is your responsibility as a player to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. jya 9 makes no representation that the Service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Other Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, you may not use the jya 9 Service if:

• You are accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You are an employee, contractor, director, or agent of jya 9 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are a family member of the above.
• You are currently subject to a self-exclusion order from jya 9 or have voluntarily self-excluded.
• You have previously had a jya 9 account closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of jya 9, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jya 9 account at any time. If jya 9 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jya 9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jya 9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 KYC Verification

jya 9 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may also be required at other stages of account use. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. jya 9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jya 9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jya 9 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to a short processing window and may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from jya 9 is ৳300. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are processed within 1–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi financial institutions — including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others — are processed within 12 hours of approval during normal operating conditions. jya 9 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jya 9 account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of associated bonus winnings.
• jya 9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above ৳20,000.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit may require additional verification.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that all deposit and withdrawal details entered are accurate. jya 9 is not liable for funds sent to incorrect account numbers or mobile wallet numbers provided by the player. In the event of an error in a transaction, you must notify support at [email protected] within 24 hours. jya 9 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where possible, recover misdirected funds, but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

jya 9 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, and ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at jya 9 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game types vary — live casino games and cricket bets typically contribute 100%, while some slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all jya 9 bonus offers unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash directly.
• jya 9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including retroactively if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by jya 9 expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Wagering requirements must be completed within this period. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be removed from your account upon expiry without further notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Where this is not technically possible, jya 9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Wins achieved as a direct result of a software malfunction are void. jya 9 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.4 Responsible Game Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jya 9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent ban, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

7.1 Fraud and Cheating

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party software to exploit bonus terms, or systematically placing opposing bets to eliminate risk ("bonus scalping").
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker-style or live-dealer games.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after receiving gaming services. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount reclaimed from any existing balance.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, providing false KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.

7.2 Technical Exploitation

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known glitch must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the jya 9 platform.

7.3 Money Laundering

jya 9 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The use of jya 9 for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited. jya 9 monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will cooperate fully with any legitimate law-enforcement request. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended and reported.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jya 9

jya 9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a player's account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account is subject to an active investigation, or that suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.2 Permanent Account Closure by jya 9

jya 9 may permanently close an account where a player has been found to have: created multiple accounts; provided false registration or KYC information; engaged in fraud, cheating, or money laundering; breached these Terms in a material way; or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary closure of their jya 9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jya 9 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through jya 9's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims will be permitted. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jya 9 reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts with a remaining real-money balance, after providing the player with 30 days' written notice to the email address on file. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jya 9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. jya 9's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The jya 9 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jya 9 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. jya 9 does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any particular game outcome is guaranteed.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jya 9's offshore operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a player and jya 9 arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jya 9 with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
